Firstly, check if the neon sign's connection wires are properly connected and if the power indicator sign is solid green. If the connections are correct but the sign still doesn't light up, please contact our customer support department, and we'll assist you in resolving the issue.

You can use a cotton cloth, microfiber cloth, or rag dampened with alcohol to wipe away dust accumulated on the neon sign. Note: A soaked cloth may cause the sign to short circuit, so wring it out before wiping the sign.

By default, our neon signs are produced in a single color, but if you need a different color, just let us know.
